Your satisfaction is Simona Frigerio's priority. These are handmade pieces, made entirely by hand: any difference in shape or colour comes from that, and is not a flaw.

You have 14 days to change your mind. You can return what you bought within fourteen days of delivery, for any reason and without having to explain it. Write to atelier@simonafrigerio.com with your order number, the item and your decision to withdraw; we will reply with the instructions. Once you have told us, you have another fourteen days to send the parcel.

In what condition. The item must come back intact, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. You may try it on and handle it as you would in a shop: if it comes back damaged, or used beyond what is needed to assess it, the loss in value is deducted from the refund.

Who pays what. Return shipping is at your expense: you choose the carrier, ideally a tracked one, as the parcel travels under your responsibility until it reaches the studio. The refund covers the price of the item and the original delivery cost, up to the standard shipping rate.

When the refund arrives. As soon as the parcel arrives we check it and write to you. The refund is issued within five daysof receipt, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

What cannot be returned. Pieces made to measure or personalised at your request, and gift cards, which are delivered by email right after purchase. Everything else can be returned.

If the item arrives broken or faulty. Write to us with a photograph: in that case return shipping is on us and you choose between a replacement and a refund.

Exchanges. The quickest way is to return the piece you have and order the new one.
