Available products are shipped within 2 - 7 working days from the day of purchase.

All items we ship are packaged and protected with great care to avoid damage during transit.

Orders destined for Italy are delivered via GLS courier in 1-3 working days.

Free shipping to Italy over €150.

For destinations in the European Union, orders are delivered via GLS courier in 3 - 7 working days.

For the rest of the world, parcels leave with Poste Italiane shipping, traceable SDA courier and are delivered in 10 - 20 working days. In addition to shipping costs to be paid by the recipient, there may be customs fees or other export costs.

The shipping cost is charged at the time of payment on the order total. The carrier is not obliged to request payments.

Simona Frigerio is not responsible for any delays due to the courier.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the buyer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the email containing the order number sent by atelier@simonafrigerio

that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the packaging closure materials (e.g. adhesive tape).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch of the packages must be immediately contested in writing, "acceptance with reservation", specifying the reason for the reservation (e.g. crushed packaging), on the courier's proof of delivery. After signing the courier's document, the buyer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external conditions of what was delivered.

Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be communicated within 5 days of delivery via email to atelier@simonafrigerio.com
