Sacro Om (Sacred Om) is a ceramic bead that looks like a large seed. A magic seed, as big as a walnut.

Shaped by hand and dressed in a metallic lustre that changes with the light, it turns from gold to bronze, and at certain moments to the grey of old pewter. It looks older than it is, like a small found object. It is the piece everyone reaches out to touch.

From the Silenzio Japamala (Japamala Silence) collection, inspired by the sacred prayer necklaces of India: of the hundred and eight beads of the mala, one remains, to hold between your fingers. A small reminder of calm, to carry with you every day.

Hollow at the centre, like every bead Simona Frigerio makes: forty grams of presence that weigh nothing on the neck. The blue-grey cord runs between two knots, marked by two ivory ceramic beads: wear it long over an open shirt, or higher, as a choker. Below the bead, a sky-blue tassel moves with every step.
